From the passion for infusions, numerous trips and courses on teas, came the desire to create a brand to bring people the sensations that the most diverse and refined flavors from around the world can provide.
A project that started from scratch, from the creation of a name, manifesto and a visual identity for the brand, with the aim of demonstrating that drinking tea can be more than just a common habit, but an experience. For this, it was necessary to cover all the history and culture that are involved with the custom of consuming this drink.
The inspiration for the brand was Catarina de Bragança, a Portuguese woman who became Queen of England in the 17th century and spread the idea of tea in the country, taking this custom of having the drink as an important part of the routine, influencing the British population at the time. . That's how Catherine came about, to portray the elegance of the imperial era, the experiences provided, the flavors of the world and all of history, which is better when accompanied by good cups of tea.
